HOW IS YOUR ORDER SENT?

Your order will be sent direct from our workshop to you via registered mail. You may have to provide identification and sign for the parcel before delivery, but this may vary for each destination. Usually this is a simple process at your local post office.

HOW LONG FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For small orders, there are 3 working-days handling time of your order at our workshop after receiving payment.
Usually there is only 5 working-days postage time  of your order to metropolitan Australia. Other destinations may take up to 10 working-days.

If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we will also notify you.

CAN YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER?

Yes.
Once your order is despatched, we will provide you the reference number and website address to track your order.
